Meet our passionate co-founder, shatia manning
Shatia Manning, co-founder of Premium Solutions, is a dedicated mental health professional with over 10 years of experience delivering community-based behavioral health services. As a proven leader, facilitator, and advocate, Shatia is deeply committed to meeting individuals where they are, driven by a personal passion for supporting African American boys with autism.
As a mother of twins, her personal experience strengthens her resolve to address disparities in autism diagnosis, access to care, and culturally responsive support services. Shatia is also a certified Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Facilitator, empowering individuals and families with tools for self-care and holistic wellness.
